Develop an annual operational plan for cultural and community events and events to ensure the achievement of the club's strategic goals.

   Suggesting strategic companies with institutions supporting cultural and community activities at the federal and local sector levels in line with the club's strategy and submitting it to the council.

    Coordinating with other clubs regarding programs of cultural and community activities, and submitting periodic reports on cultural and community plans and programs that have been implemented in the club to the Council.

    Follow-up the implementation of programs aimed at supporting the social and cultural activities of the club.

    Suggest initiatives that help spread the community sports culture and enhance community interaction for all segments of society.

   Suggesting community initiatives on national events in the club with the aim of supporting belonging and connection to the national identity.

    Suggest initiatives that help raise the educational level of the players.

    Suggest organizing seminars, lectures, cultural festivals and training courses with the aim of spreading sports culture in the community and presenting it to the council.

   Preparing books, publications and publications that help to raise cultural and sports awareness for various groups of society through participation in exhibitions and conferences through coordination with the Media and Communication Committee.
