v Supervising the preparation of the club's strategic and operational plans in coordination with other committees and the Sports Council.

v Determining the standard levels of performance indicators in the club's strategic plan and preparing periodic reports on them.

v Follow-up on the implementation of the club's strategic plan, time schedules for the operational plans, and the necessary amendments thereto.

v Preparing studies on the club's work systems, regulations and practices in coordination with the Sports Council.

v Suggesting and studying the initiatives and projects proposed by the various committees in the club to assess their relevance to the club's strategic goals and their approval by the Sports Council.

v Quality culture and continuous improvement in the club and coordination with the Sports Council regarding ISO certificates.

v Preparing field surveys, statistics and periodic reports regarding the club's activities and programs with the aim of continuous development and improvement in coordination with the various committees and preparing reports on them for the Sports Council.

v Supervising the preparation of the club's participation files in any awards in the field of excellence and others.
