Al Thiqa Club for the Disabled organized a religious lecture entitled "How to Welcome Ramadan"
in cooperation with the Department of Islamic Affairs, as part of its preparations for the holy month of Ramadan and to enhance religious awareness and spiritual values among its members.
The lecture was delivered by Sheikh Ashraf Muhanna, who discussed the virtues of Ramadan and the importance of preparing for it with sincerity, repentance, time management, and increased acts of worship. He emphasized that the blessed month represents a spiritual milestone for positive change, self-improvement, and strengthening the spirit of solidarity and compassion within the community.
The lecture was attended by members of Al Thiqa Club for the Disabled, along with a number of staff members and parents. The atmosphere was filled with a profound sense of faith and fruitful interaction through questions and comments from the attendees.
At the conclusion of the lecture, Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Al Raisi, a member of the Al Thiqa Club for the Disabled's Board of Directors, honored Sheikh Ashraf Muhanna in recognition of his contributions and efforts in spreading religious awareness. He affirmed the club's commitment to continuing to organize such events in cooperation with the Department of Islamic Affairs.
